What is FITness?
While most have a general idea of what being fit means, my use of FIT in all caps goes a bit deeper. Yes a, I am taking a bout being fit; mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Beyond that, this performance philosophy is focused on Fully Integrated Training efforts which strengthen each athlete’s mind, heart, soul, and body. I agree it takes physical skill, talent, and ability to achieve athletic success. We do an excellent job providing physical skill training to youth athletes. Trainers, private sport specific skill coaches, and most team coaches do a great job providing physical skill training your athlete needs. Every successful major college, professional, and Olympic sports program knows that the Professional Model of Sports demands athletes develop mental, emotional, and spiritual skills for elite athletes who desire to reach their full performance potential.
